Citing in the main text of your work
When citing a webpage, do not insert the URL (web address) in the body of your text. Use the organisation or company as the author. Webpages often do not include page numbers, so are not present when quoting.
Referencing in list at the end of your work
Social media entries may only be kept on servers for a short time and may not be recoverable. You should retain a copy and consider including it in an appendix.
