Students receiving additional learning support

The Libraries are accessible for students with restricted mobility and are equipped with public lifts and height-adjustable desks.

When you register with Additional Learning Support they will contact the Library on your behalf, to set up extended borrowing allowances.

For help finding items on the Library Catalogue, fetching books or using photocopiers and printers, please ask at the Help Zone.

We make every effort to ensure that our resources are accessible. If you require reading materials in an alternative format, please contact your Faculty library team.

Students on franchised courses

If you are on a BU franchised course at a partner college,  check out the additional arrangements we've made to help you use the University Library.
