On the very, very rare (so rare it's never happened) occasion that you might have an emergency occur during your PAL session (or indeed at all whilst you are on campus) you need to be aware of what to do. So in the case of an emergency (and only if it is an emergency!) ring 222 on any BU internal phone or 01202 962222 from your mobile. This will put you through to reception who will ring for an emergency service.
DO NOT call for an emergency service directly, they will only arrive at Poole House and this will delay the amount of time before help can arrive to get to your student.

Serious incident officers are available on campus to deal with parents, VC or media press if necessary.
