Help Zone - to be signed in for the study space you have pre-booked and for any general enquiries about our services and facilities.
Faculty Librarians and their academic liaison teams are available for online appointments.
Workshops (online only during the pandemic) are run by the Library's academic liaison team and cover topics such as literature searching, referencing, essay writing and revision/exam techniques. Sign up via the Study Skills area on Brightspace.
Self-directed learning materials to help you develop your study skills or learn a language are available on the Study Skills area on Brightspace.
PAL Leaders provide study help and advice through the peer-assisted learning scheme. During the pandemic all support is being delivered online.

The Libraries are accessible for students with restricted mobility and are equipped with public lifts and height-adjustable desks.
When you register with Additional Learning Support they will contact the Library on your behalf, to set up extended borrowing allowances.
For help finding items on the Library Catalogue, fetching books or using photocopiers and printers, please ask at the Help Zone.
