Minimum top-up online is £2.

On the multi-functional printers in the Libraries and Open Access Centres you can do copying and scanning as well as printing.
Make sure you have enough print credit on your account then log in at a printer.
Scanning to email is free of charge - but you do need at least 3p on your account for your login to be recognised.
Photocopying is charged at the same rate as printing.
Laptops borrowed from the lockers on campus are already set up for wireless printing. See details of where you can access a laptop loan for use on campus.
To set up your own laptop, tablet or mobile phone for wireless printing, please refer to the help sheet for the operating system your device is running. The help sheets are available online on the IT Services' "Service Now" Knowledge Base and also via our library webpages. We also have printed copies at the Help Zone..
Or you can email your printing to firstname.lastname@example.org. Your BU email address is automatically linked to your print account and your print credit balance. Once you have emailed your documents, they will go into your print queue and you can print them out from any printer on campus. If you send something to print from a personal email account, you will need to register that account while on the BU network (on campus and connected to the Wifi). When you first email email@example.com from a personal account you will get an automatic reply with some simple instructions.
