Referencing - International Law: Citing Other Jurisdictions

Guidelines for International Citations

According to OSCOLA, when referring to foreign materials, you must cite primary sources as in their home jurisdiction. However, full stops in abbreviations should be dropped.

The New York University School of Law has put together a guide for foreign and international legal citations. It provides guidelines to help you with referencing material from numerous countries, international organisations, multilateral treaties, and more.

You can access it here.
