  • Complete a ‘PAL Session Review’ to help reflect on what to do in future sessions, including what went well to keep doing and what to improve on

 

  • Liaise with your PAL Academic to report student progress and pass on feedback

 

  • If your session went really well, share it with your fellow PAL Leaders! You can inspire each other by passing on ideas/things that worked well – you can do this by posting on the PAL Leader Facebook group for other PAL Leaders to see. Please find the link below:

  • Ensure your register is updated from the session and submit your pay claim once you have completed your PAL sessions for that month
